Tall as a Birch
This screen stands slender and tall — a vertical gesture that draws the eye upward. The frame is solid pine, joined with traditional mortise and tenon, assembled without nails or glue. Within it, panels of hand‑woven bamboo create a surface that is both structured and permeable.
Available in a range of reference heights (170, 180, 200 cm) and widths (25, 40, 50 cm), each panel is proportioned to feel light despite its height. Sold in sets of two panels minimum (a single panel cannot stand alone). They can be arranged side by side to form a continuous partition or folded to define an intimate corner.
The bamboo’s natural grain and slight variations in tone give the screen a quiet warmth. Light filters through its weave, casting soft shadows that shift with the day.
Each piece is made to order. Dimensions, panel count, and weave density can be adapted to suit architectural requirements.
